Since the book“Stay Healthy, Live Longer, Spend Wisely–Making Intelligent Choices in America’s Healthcare System” was appropriate for both this site (finance) and Building Nutrition (health), both Stacie and I received complimentary copies to review.

However, since I have 3 other books waiting to review, and since Stacie posted such a well-written review this morning, I decided to give away my book to one lucky reader!

Why not give away both books? Well, Stacie likes to write in her books, plus she liked the book enough to keep on our shelves as reference. But don’t fret because I’ll be giving away other books in the coming weeks!

This does sound like an interesting book - we can use all the help we can get these days to navigate a crazy & confusing health care system just in order to take care of ourselves.

Thanks dude! I’ve been reading a book that seems to have a similar concept, its called “Simple Prosperity: Finding Real Wealth in a Sustainable Lifestyle”. Its pretty good. Worth checking out. Love your blog btw.

Thanks for the link to Stacie’s review. Very well written and though through (as usual). I have to agree that you’re ‘one clever dude’ - you did marry a registered dietitian. I probably visit Stacie’s blog the most……as I am a Registered Dietitian too!
