So you’ve taken your relationship a step further. But many couples who start to live together forget that it is still necessary to go on dates together since they are always with each other. Going out for activities with each other feeds the flame of your relationship. They take you away from the stress you face every day, something that cannot be fulfilled by the work and home routine. It will also help you to make time for each other and connect better.

Many couples start a date night jar in which they put in their ideas for things they want to do together in the future. Now that you’ve started living together, maybe you can come up with something similar. Here are a few ideas to get you started.

Have a Psychic Session Online

Psychic sessions are not only fun, but you can also get a lot of insights into your relationships. Psychics are very intuitive and can connect with your energy as a couple to give you valuable advice for the future. Since going out for a psychic session in person might not be a good idea right now, you can consult one online. There are many reputed and well-reviewed psychics available on mysticmag.com. If you want, you can have the session with a glass of wine and candlelight to set up the mood.

Movie Night

We are not talking about watching a show casually. We are talking about watching a movie in romantic settings with wine or beer, some popcorn, snuggling up next to each other. You can also choose a film each and watch them back to back.

Road Trip

It can be a day trip, night trip, or a trip for the entire weekend. Go to your favorite spot, or explore a new place altogether. But make sure you take all the needed precautions.

Dinner in the Garden

If you have a garden or a backyard, and the weather is good, you can have a romantic outdoor dinner date. Set up some candles or tea lights, cook your favorite meal, or have it delivered from your favorite restaurant and enjoy some romantic time together.

Go on an Adventure

If you are outdoorsy people, go for an adventure together. You can go hiking on a new trail, or a ride together. You can also explore a nearby forest or some country lanes together.

Go to a Nearby Farm

If you have an animal farm nearby, you can visit it together. Farms also have gourmet food products that you can enjoy with each other. And if you feel up for it, you can pet some farm animals. Don’t worry, CDC has declared that animals don’t spread coronavirus.

You can also go to an Orchard or a fruit farm and indulge in some fruit picking fun. They also offer a range of gourmet jams and jellies, or you can bring some fruit home and make your own.

Go Boating

Depending on what kind of water body you have near you and what your interests are, you can go boating or Kayaking. You can also rent a canoe at a lake nearby. Pack a picnic basket and go out for some fun together.

Go Camping

Another great idea if you love the outdoors and want to get away from it all. You can have a campfire, toast some marshmallows, and eat a few s’mores. You can also explore a few trails around you or sleep under countless stars.

Cook Together

If both of you are in touch with your inner chef, you can make some delicious recipes together. Or one of you can cook, and the other one can eat. Depending on how much time you love to spend in the kitchen, choose a recipe, and have some fun cooking. But don’t go all Gordon Ramsay on each other.

Comedy Night

Laughter is the best medicine. It nourishes the soul and the relationship. You can go for a stand-up night or an open mic at a restaurant or a bar. Sharing a few laughs can work wonders for your relationship.

Recreate Your First Date

If you cannot think of anything else, go where you had your first date. You can also have the same for or drink you ordered back then. Remembering the things from your first date can make you fall in love with each other all over again.

Living together might make you feel like a grown-up. So get in touch with your inner child every once in a while. We understand that you have to start building your life together, but don’t forget to have fun with each other as well.
