With a family of 8, not being able to run out of things is something we never really see. My wife scoffed at me for buying a case (24pk) of mac & cheese last month when it was $0.25 a box, but now it's on the list again already! I guess the point to add is that having a large family can help take advantage of the whole buy-in-bulk approach. :) I only wish I had this problem sometimes.
