I might be just lucky. I got my lawnmower used from a repair shop 4 years back for cheap and I am yet to find what hassle it might bring when it breaks.

My approach to things like cars and lawnmowers, use them until the time you start spending on repairs overweights your level of comfort.

And of course, you mileage may vary!

My parents’ neighbor mows their lawn for them. He bought a riding lawnmower a few years back and loves the thing. But living in suburbia, he doesn’t have too much lawn to go over. So he started mowing their lawn (it has a leaf collecting option as well, which is great).

This really helped us out when my dad got brain cancer. It’s such a relief to have the lawn mowed when there are so many other things going on.
