Clever Dude and his bride started with $500k in debt and in just 4 years, it's down to $300k!
My kids bedroom needs a makeover. While the kids have grown, the room hasn’t grown with them. Needs new beds and furniture and carpet would help as well.
Thanks
I’d remake my bedroom because I’m using old furniture that my dad gave me several years ago.
I would make over my office because it is where I spend all my time.
My living room needs a makeover because we only have one chair left. The couch frame broke several years back, then the other chair. Consequently there is no place to sit and gather. Even the outlet where the television would be needs to be replaced. Carpet was removed when we moved in (just about 9 years ago) because it was so old it couldn’t be adequately cleaned any longer.
I would make over my newly finished basement because it’s currently empty
My kitchen is in need of help! Its the room where my family spends most of our time together but it’s also never been redecorated since my grand parents owned the house many years ago.It does not reflect the personalities of the people in my home.
My living room needs a makeover. The chair is broken so a person sits cockeyed, the entertainment center is too big for the room and the TV is too small, and there are only 3 places for people to sit.
i would remake our living room, colours are dull, furniture is really old (20 yo?!) and with 3 kids we just can’t afford it
My home doesn’t need a makeover but I would use the Visa card to buy a futon!
our office. the paint is ugly!!! and we need new computer tables and bookshelves. Thanks!
My guest bedroom. I’ve had so many houseguests over the last year and will have tons more in the few months leading up to my wedding!! My guest room is embarrassing. The paint is chipped, there are weird scuff marks on the walls, and I’d love to put in some crown molding to give the room some interest. It could be a beautiful room, just not the way it is now!!
My “dining room” because it’s in a small apartment and i have a hand me down table that is probably made for the outdoors; think bamboo and glass. Caribbean. And i have no photos or paintings on the walls.
I would have to say my living room…our family of 5 moved into our house about 7 years ago and we have never done anything with it. The once freshly painted cream colored walls are dingy & dirty now. The berber carpet looks awful even with frequent shampooing. The couch & loveseat are about 15 y/o and so uncomfortable that no one wants to sit on them! It keeps us from being couch potatoes but it also makes it hard for the grandparents to visit as they have mobility issues and they can’t sit down & get back up!
Our bedroom …. it is SO BLAND!
I’d love to make over our living room. Our cats have scratched their way through the couches and upholstered chairs and it’s about time we replaced the shredded furniture with something new and comfortable.
I would have to say our living room, we’re been living with hand-me-down furniture for the past 10 years.
My living room needs a makeover because the furniture is dated and the carpet is worn. Also my TV set is the old CRT type and the entertainment center has the 80’s look to it. My two end tables are made of plastic with a cheap wood veneer type finish. So I would be very happy even with the 50 bucks to help with my new TV purchase. Thank you for doing the two giveaways Clever Dude!
My kitchen needs a makeover because it is outdated and needs to be modernized.

My guest room needs a makeover because my dog chewed up all of the furniture.
I could really use a makeover of the home office so I could keep up with my works.
I want to make over my office/entertainment room because it has been a storage area for way too long. I have it half-way cleared out, but need to get the rest done.
We could use a makeover of our laundry/mud room as our kids are getting bigger and have more stuff when they walk in the door!
My living room could use a makeover because I have a couch that I was paid to take from an old college roommate. It is red, green, and white and very uncomfortable! Festive for Christmas, not so much for everyday!
I would remake my bathroom…for long it had some leaking pipes….
so I would spend on that…
thank u..
I would remake my bedroom, because it is definitely in need of an room makeover. I live with roommates and am a recent graduate in some serious need of an “adult” bedroom. I’m not living out of a race car bed, but my room does still look like a dorm room. Not only that, but I have to move out of my place in January and this would give me the opportunity to get rid of some of my bedroom junk and upgrade it.
Thanks for the opportunity.
I’d redo my office, I need a new desk
I’d definitely like to redo my home office. Now that I’m spending more days working from home, I’d really like a sweet set up!
I would definitely want to makeover my bedroom. I moved here from out of the country not too long ago and wasn’t able to bring any furniture with me. I only had about 2 hours with a moving truck so had to go to Ikea, buy all my stuff and get it back to my apartment in that short period of time. Needless to say, it didn’t turn out as well as I’d hoped.
I would redo our bathroom – we have literally no storage space, so everything we own is hanging from hooks.
For sure, my living room needs a makeover. It is so tiny, all of the furniture is too big, they are mismatched hand-me-downs that now have messy slipcovers on them. It is truly a nightmare!!
We need our living room made over! It is such a hodge podge of furniture that doesn’t have any sort of unifying theme or look… Ugh.
I would redo my kitchen. It is straight out of 1954!
My living room needs a makeover as I have just cobbled together cheap mismatched furniture since I moved in late August, I call it eclectic but truthfully its just bad.
bedroom… builder’s beige and no curtains… wifey and i are putting on a show for the neighbors every night
The office–it desperately needs some furniture and desk/chair.
I would redo our bedroom and get some matching furniture, since all our furniture is from college 4 years ago!
does the garage count? cause i definitely need one in there. no shelves..nothing. just stuff laying along the side of the garage..paint cans, boxes, anything that goes in the garage is on the floor. could use some shelves and stuff! haha.
Living room! We have a really old TV, a small couch…it could use a little TLC!
the formal living room at my parents’ house needs to be redone badly. the ceiling caved in for no good reason so all the furniture is covered in insulation, dust and drywall. mom’s forced to look at new couches and a coffee table. dad’s been fixing the ceiling. it’s coming along, but still a mess
Right now every room needs a makeover. I’m currently living in a studio and will be moving to a one bedroom apartment in the next couple of months. I’m on a limited budget so the giftcard would go towards mattress or a bedframe and everything else would come from freecycle or craigslist.
My wife would say bedroom but I want a garage makeover
Definitely our bedroom – way too plain. We don’t really even have anything hanging on the walls.
our living room could use a make over, it’s a bit bare at this point
Reasons why my master bedroom NEEDS a makeover:
1. My dresser was in my daughter’s nusery who is now a junior in COLLEGE!
2. My nightstands are bookshelves that were in my daughter’s nursery. (see #1)
3. My bedroom TV is a 13″ tv/vcr combo that was purchased over 10 years ago.
(Yes….You read correctly…VCR!)
4. The lamp on my husband’s nightstand has beer logos on the shade. (UGH!)
5. I’ve been married 23 years and have never had a bedroom set.
6. My husband’s dresser is a hand me down dresser that he received when we got married in 1987.
HELP!!!
The living room. Every piece of furniture is a hand-me-down from parents or friends. It looks like a dorm room. And I’m almost 30.
My living room because it’s a jumble of different times in our lives and all of our stuff instead of a coherent theme or vision!
The kitchen!!! We had a water leak from the upstairs bathroom to the kitchen so we have it all torn apart right now.
Our living room needs a makeover because all we have in there is an old couch and broken furniture. It needs some sprucing up for sure!
The basement because it’s totally empty wasted space right now and, as my husband is always telling me, it would make a great man cave!
We have an empty bedroom that once had a renter and will soon be home to a baby girl. It desperately needs a makeover!
I’m moving into a new place and desperately need help with the living room! I’m not going to have anything but a tv, tv stand, coffee table…and erm…a bookshelf? Help!
The Kitchen! It’s outdated
My bedroom. None of the furnitures matches.
The kitchen because it needs to updated like 10 years ago!
My computer room needs to be redecorated. The furniture does not leave much free space and its often difficult to find items and move around the room.
I’d redo my rec room because I’m rocking the 80′s tropical floral print furniture.
My living room because I’ve been putting all my money towards my student loans and haven’t had any money left to put towards decorating
Master bath need s MAJOR makeover! Shower stall re-tiled, new doors – Florida’s hard water has stained them badly! New vanity, – still have the original circa 1982! Yikes! Oh, and take down the WALL mirror, install something smaller and more modern – nobody needs to see THAT much of my nekkidness!!
.
The family room aka hangout room – it needs an overall freshening up, and it’s begging for a new comfy chair and a table
I would love to have a makeover for my kitchen! Its a terrible looking room and everything is falling apart in that room like the cabinets and the dish washer has never worked since we moved in.
[email protected]
My bathroom – it is in dire need of a new paint job!
The office because the kids toys are holding it hostage!
My dh’s “man cave” needs a makeover. We had a Halloween party and my dh’s clutzy friends spilled beer on his pool table and knocked over an antique slot machine.
My bedroom! The dressers are falling apart and the bed frame has been chewed on by my dog.
My living room. It’s a mishmash of furniture that doesn’t work together on top of ugly shag carpeting.
My guest bedroom needs a makeover because it’s completely empty except for an air mattress. It’s not very inviting for guests.
My bedroom – I am not even going to tell you the furniture situation, it is embarrassing – it’s desperate!!
My kitchen needs some serious work. We’ve got jammed drawers and some scratched up countertops!
Bathroom(s) need a serious makeover. Peeling linoleum needed to be replaced about 10 years ago!
My kitchen – it feels very cluttered and it’s boring in terms of decoration and aesthetic appeal
My living room could use some love- it was furnished with other’s leftovers years ago and nothing’s changed!
Because we have a new baby and every penny is going towards her – sooooooooooo wanna buy something FUN for our living room, something completely NOT functional for a change!
Would love to redo our bedroom… well, I guess to redo it would have to be done… and we haven’t done anything yet!
Our bedroom could use a little help
The family room has seen better days. It would be great to have a little help in that area.
Our family room could use an upgrade.

I would redo my office, its too disorganized and pieced together.
