The land they are sitting on must be worth millions. We went there to see if they had any large flat stones for a section of our backyard. Hilarious. The guy running the yard was literally no more than 14 years old. He was wheelin' and dealing. It was great. I do know some people who can spend days researching and pondering items which cost very little and to me that is a waste of time. But if it is easy to do a quick price comparison or if you are spending a significant amount of money, then I would recommending spending some time doing this.
