New Personal Finance blogger I’ve Paid for This Twice Already has posted this week’s Carnival of Debt Reduction #101. Here’s a few I liked:
- Matt from One Million and Beyond wrote an excellent article about the emotional impact of debt. He’s right on with his assessment of how I personally felt about our own debt situation.
- Lynnae from Being Frugal tells a cute, but enlightening, story about the power of advertising on her 4-year-old son.
- The Financial Blogger writes about his reasoning for leasing, then buying, their car. Stacie keeps asking “Why don’t we just lease a car?”, but we know what our next car will be, and we know we’ll keep it. My parents always leased cars, and have had a car payment for the last 20 years.
- And finally, Glblguy from Gather Little by Little details key steps you can take now to get out of debt.
